2 Hour Coached Velodrome Session
Velodrome rules:
The Velodrome's bikes are fitted with Look Delta pedals.
Riders can either hire shoes with Look Delta cleats for £5.40 on the night from reception, or use own shoes with toe-clip style adapters provided.
Look Keo cleats on riders own shoes CANNOT be used.
Riders need to wear two tops, a tee shirt and cycling top or two tee shirts. Singlet vests and bare shoulders are not allowed.
