Sessions Details

Booking is now required for all Chester Triathlon Club sessions, which you can view below. Sessions become available for booking one week prior to the session.

You must have a valid membership of Chester Triathlon Club in order to book a session. Your name and date of birth must match your membership details in order to complete a booking. Please note that you can cancel an entry, but no refunds are available.

Club open water skills session (e.g. sighting, swimming straight without lane ropes, drafting, swimming in a pack, turning around buoys, mass / deep water starts)

Please book & pay direct with Wildshore Delamere and check their website for any other requirements & information. This booking via Nifty Entries is just to limit numbers for the CTC coached session.

Info for Wildshore:

  • mandatory bright hat & tow float (required by Wildshore Delamere)
  • the Wildshore swim slot is 1700-1900. Club coached session is 1800-1900.
  • parking is free
  • lockers cost £3 for 2 hours, payable via a QR code (or get a code for free lockers if you book a block of swims)
  • there are outdoor showers to rinse off
  • Wildshack cafe normally closes 1930 on Wednesdays (check their facebook/IG page)

Aim to arrive about 15 min before, to book in and be ready to swim. Meet at the slipway to the swim area at 1800.

Group technique session, plus individual filming for video analysis. The video analysis will be carried out by the coach at a later date and made available to you via the club's Google drive. Please ensure you have a Google email or a Google account (if you are unsure, please speak to the coach) and provide your email address to the coach.

Please ensure you book to attend technique or squad depending on which you want. We will not allow switching lanes on the day.
